A refreshing, tasty and healthy salad that can be put together in less than 5.
- 2 large tomatoes or 4-5 small (like Camparis)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- Kalamata olives (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper, and add them to a salad bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and oregano and toss well.
- Top with Kalamata olives.
- Serve and enjoy!
